Do you have a festival schedule?

Where can I buy Tickets?
VIP passes are limited and must be purchased in advance on our website. Individual show tickets can be purchased in advance online and at the door during the festival.
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards for online ticket purchases and at each venue. All show tickets can also be purchased via cash at Cain’s Ballroom.
Can I buy tickets at the door?
Yes, individual show tickets can be purchased at each venue via credit card on the day of the show. All cash ticket purchases must be done at Cain’s Ballroom.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the show is canceled. If this occurs, refunds are typically available at your point of purchase.
What are the age restrictions?
All festival shows are for ages 21 and older. You must present a valid ID before entering the shows.
Do you allow re-entry?
Yes, re-entry is allowed with proof of ticket.
What is your bag policy?
No backpacks are allowed. Small purses are allowed and must not exceed 12” x 6”.
Are outside food and drinks allowed?
No outside food and drinks are allowed.
What items are prohibited?
No bad sense of humor, alcohol, drugs, backpacks, lasers, knives, weapons, or any other items deemed unacceptable by festival management.
Do you allow smoking or vaping?
No smoking or vaping is allowed at indoor venues.
Where can I park?
Free parking is available along the street after 5 p.m. on Thursday and Friday. Street parking is free on the weekends. View our festival map for paid parking.
Is there reserved seating?
Front-row seats are reserved for VIP ticket holders. All other seating is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Are the venues ADA-accessible?
All venues are ADA-accessible.
What is your photography/video policy?
Video is strictly prohibited. No flash photography is allowed at specific shows. Each venue will state their policy before the start of the show.
